A Business Consulting Opportunity Exists for a Project Manager

Description

We are seeking experienced Project Managers who want to grow their career in Business and Project Services Consulting. As a Terra Firma consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across multiple industry sectors. You will be responsible for managing long and short-term projects, showcasing your project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various industries including Not for Profit, Government, Telco, Aged Care, Health or Education. They will have a mix of project approaches and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and relevant certifications such as SAFe, SCRUM, Prince2, PMBoK. The successful candidate will be flexible to travel to client sites.

  • Develop and manage project business cases, gathering and defining high-level requirements, plans, timelines, budgets
  • Conduct project initiation, kick-off, and PI planning sessions
  • Identify, appoint, and manage project steering committees
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business, IT, and vendors to ensure project progress
  • Report and manage project deliverables using client-specific methodology
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resourcing, budgets, forecasts, status reports, etc.
  • Oversee project resources and address any issues
  • Lead agile/scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives, etc.
