About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Management Engineer to join our team at Verbrec. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on asset integrity and maintenance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide asset integrity and maintenance advice to clients from a strategic and front-line perspective.
  • Conduct risk-based inspection assessments, anomaly assessments, and defect assessments.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and asset integrity programs and plans.
  • Perform failure investigations and develop repair scopes.
  • Benchmark and audit asset integrity management systems.
Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical, Material, or Corrosion Engineering.
  • Between 5- and 10-years work experience in an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment.
  • Familiarity with CMMS interfaces such as SAP and workflow.
  • Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment.
  • Highly developed computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • An understanding of computerized integrity management software/databases.
  • Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts.
  • Understanding and capability to perform FFS and RBI assessments.
