About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Asset Management Engineer to join our experienced team in Brisbane. This role offers an opportunity to provide technical support and supervision in relation to design and engineering services for engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise within your discipline at a senior level
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor works undertaken and check conditions as required
  • Maintain a knowledge and understanding of trends and technology within your discipline
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and technical direction within your discipline of projects undertaken by Verbrec
  • Undertake engineering tasks and provide guidance to other engineering disciplines
  • Ensure all aspects of the quality management system are followed in the work you perform
  • Identify and document potential risks and develop effective control strategies to minimise these risks
  • Contribute towards, and lead where necessary, proposals and tenders where appropriate
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' experience in the industry or recognised as an industry specialist
  • CPEng Status or approved equivalent (Preferred)
  • Registered Professional Engineer (if based in or performing work for a jurisdiction requiring Engineering Registration)
