We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Support Officer.
Responsibilities- Coordinate contract management and funding approvals under direction of the SEA4000 Deputy Director
- Provide financial and budgeting support in collaboration with the Project Finance Lead and key stakeholders
- Deliver surge support across project documentation, reporting, and committee submissions as directed by the Executive
- Manage executive-level coordination including inbox triage, HoG tasking, and Objective structure administration
- Support project teams and leadership with issue escalation, compliance interpretation, and functional assistance across Data, Risk, FIC, and Events
- Experience with Defence approvals (S23, ETPs) and procurement processes
- Ability to interpret financial data and assist with budgeting queries
- Skilled in inbox triage, task tracking, and Objective system management
- Strong writing skills for briefs, reports, and committee submissions
- Understanding of Defence policies and ability to apply regulatory frameworks
