  • Manage the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Streamline financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and data integrity across multiple business units.
  • Work collaboratively with finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and uphold best practices across the organization.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the adoption and utilization of financial systems to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure all financial reporting meets required regulatory and statutory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting and consolidations.
  • Proven track record in a senior accounting role, ideally within the facility management, services, or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant accounting frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel, capable of handling complex data sets.
