About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Trainer to join our team at ISS. As a Security Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment activities for internal training programs, overseeing day-to-day operations on site, and ensuring correct procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training and assessment activities for internal training programs
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on site and ensure correct procedures are followed
  • Deliver internal face-to-face training in accordance with set timeframes and schedules
  • Notify relevant stakeholders of training and/or assessment outcomes
  • Deliver excellent customer service and positive communication to all trainees
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as directed by the Training Coordinator or Training Manager

  • Sound reporting history/performance record as a workplace mentor
  • Compliance and safety focused attitude
  • Participate in training or assessment development
  • A positive and proactive approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
