Job Title: Corporate Liaison

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to act as the first point of contact for all corporate visitors, customers, and couriers.

About the Role:

  • Manage visitor and contractor access to the office
  • Deliver timely and effective first-level corporate services support
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests
  • Support onboarding processes for new starters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as switchboard operator
  • Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a receptionist and/or corporation administration role
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
