Key Responsibilities:- Establish relationships with clients through initial phone calls to discuss their meal service needs.
- Conduct inductions with clients to ensure accurate information is kept up-to-date.
- Respond sensitively to clients’ individual circumstances, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate daily meal delivery operations, ensuring seamless execution.
