Job Title: In-Home Support Associate

At our organization, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support services to our clients in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • We require applicants who possess a strong attitude, excellent active listening skills, and a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Candidates must have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home and Community Care, or a Bachelor's or Diploma of Nursing, with a completed first-year study towards it.
  • A driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance are essential for this role.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is required upon commencement of work.
  • Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English are necessary, and proficiency in other languages would be welcomed.

Services Provided:

As an In-Home Support Associate, you will deliver a range of essential services, including domestic duties (cleaning & laundry), personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance within the home and local community.

Most importantly, you will provide care and support to your clients, prioritizing their well-being at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful as an In-Home Support Associate, you must have full Australian working rights, current Police & Working With Children Checks. We can arrange police checks for successful candidates.
