Salary and Benefits

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our mobile maintenance team as a Maintenance Support Specialist at our Jimblebar Mine in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

In this role, you will assist maintenance technicians with routine tasks and operations, learn and perform basic maintenance procedures, conduct visual inspections and report defects/issues, maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

  • You will work collaboratively with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our mobile equipment.
  • You will also assist with inventory management and ordering parts, ensuring that our equipment is always well-maintained and ready for use.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • No prior experience required; willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

You will also require a C Class Drivers Licence (HR Drivers Licence is preferred), High Risk Work licence for Forklift and experience with re-fuelling and servicing of Equipment is advantageous.
