About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our product is clearly communicated, understood, and adopted by both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, engaging help documentation, training materials, and content across various platforms and websites.

  • Develop and share concise release notes for new features and updates with internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and support users to get the most out of the product.
  • Produce high-quality training videos and other resources to support learning.
  • Update and improve automated email content to ensure messaging is consistent and effective.
  • Refresh and maintain content across various platforms and websites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills – you can explain complex software simply and clearly.
  • Experience writing product documentation, guides, or training content.
  • Comfortable creating training materials (videos, presentations, tutorials).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to learning new tools.
