Team Manager Role for Woolworths Dural

Lead a Team of Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialists

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Cleaning and Trolley Collection team in Woolworths Dural. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.

  • Develop a Roster for your Team: Create a roster that ensures all daily tasks and operations are covered, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to handle the demands of the role.
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership: Work closely with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities, ensuring that your team is aligned with the store's goals and objectives.
  • Coach and Train your Team: Develop the skills of your team members, providing coaching and training to help them excel in their roles.
  • Manage Time and Attendance: Complete time and attendance activities for your team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy.
  • Order Consumables: Order cleaning supplies and other consumables for your stores, ensuring that you stay within budget.

About the Role

This is a full-time salaried role, requiring flexibility to work across early mornings, days, late nights, and weekends. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialists, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
