Executive Dining Establishment Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Indian restaurant and multi-cuisine brand in Dural, NSW. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in restaurant management, relevant qualifications, and a passion for the industry. You will lead a team of waiting and kitchen staff, plan menus, maintain effective management procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning menus in consultation with kitchen staff to create innovative and appealing dishes
• Maintaining exceptional customer service through effective management procedures and high-quality food and beverages
• Maximising profitability while maintaining standards of quality and service
• Selecting, training, and supervising staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer experiences
