Deliver person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plan, as part of a supportive, collaborative and caring team at Bupa Dural.

Provide assistance with daily living tasks, deliver and administer medication, and maintain accurate health care documentation.

Encourage residents to participate in scheduled social activities, build relationships with residents and their families, and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalent, and previous aged care experience is highly regarded.

You must be able to work as part of a tight-knit team, take direction as required, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
