Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our cafe, bar, and group catering function.

  • Assist the Bar Manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
  • Coordinate events in the bar with the Property Management team, guaranteeing exceptional experiences for our patrons.
  • Develop and manage costing for all items sold in the bar, driving revenue growth through strategic activations.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels in the bar, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
  • Deliver ongoing training and coaching to Food & Beverage Attendants, enhancing their skills and confidence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a bar environment.
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
  • Passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
