We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team. As a Carer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Participating in interdisciplinary team collaboration
  • Completing progress notes and charting completed exercise programs

You will be working under the guidance of experienced allied health professionals, who will provide you with the necessary support and training to excel in your role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • A passion for delivering world-class care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
