Lounge Attendant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lounge Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our lounge area, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain passenger washrooms/toilets
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled cleaning duties as allocated
- Operate and maintain equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment according to established procedures
- Maintain all lounge equipment to a high standard
- Assist with regular inventory management
- Efficiently dispose of waste while adhering to security protocols
- Understand and follow correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in accordance with health and safety regulations and manufacturers' instructions
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar environment
- Fluent communication skills in English
- A service-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse cultures
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic setting
