Infrastructure Maintenance and Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Maintenance and Quality Control Specialist to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sealed road maintenance and construction works in line with strategic plans and the Road Management Plan.
The ideal candidate will have experience in road maintenance or civil construction, strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, and relevant plant and machinery operation experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure maintenance and construction projects.
- Ensure site safety and compliance by adhering to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Operate and supervise the use of plant and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of works completed, equipment hours, and team time sheets.
- Proven experience in road maintenance or civil construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Relevant plant and machinery operation experience.
