Project Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the operational management of various maintenance activities, ensuring cost and quality delivery meet contract specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing civil infrastructure projects, including resource planning and project scheduling.

The successful candidate will possess solid understanding of tender preparation and negotiation processes, strong grasp of Project Management fundamentals, and a reputation based on trust by delivering on promises with excellence.

They will also demonstrate commitment to Zero Harm work practices, excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills, as well as demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have advanced computer proficiency, especially in MS Project and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion
  • Plan and coordinate resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
