**The Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Key Worker to join our team in North Western Sydney. As a Key Worker, you will be responsible for delivering interventions to NDIS participants aged 0-8 and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families, working collaboratively with our team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to meet the needs of each participant.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of participant progress.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists, to ensure comprehensive support.

**What We Offer:**

**Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Pathology.
  • Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence.
