Dugald River Mine Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the General Manager and broader site leadership team at our Dugald River operation in Northwest Queensland.
About the RoleThis is a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role that encompasses general administration, scheduling, reporting, travel arrangements, corporate functions, minute taking, and coordination of site communications and initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for calendar and email management, identifying improvement opportunities, preparing agendas, presentations, and reports, and coordinating meeting logistics. They will also liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other business stakeholders, manage Mines Records, and assist with implementing corporate strategies and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and site leadership team
- Manage calendars, emails, and communication systems
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency solutions
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, agendas, presentations, and reports
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
- Manage Mines Records and ensure accurate recording and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in executive-level administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- A working knowledge of SAP and Risk Management System (IEM preferable)
