**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide professional customer service;
- Deliver high-quality barista and dessert service;
- Prepare basic food items, including sandwiches and plating;
- Maintain floor cleanliness, including table clearing and glass and plate collection;
- Process transactions through the register and handle cash effectively;
- Perform general cleaning duties as required;
**To Succeed in This Role:**
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role;
- A strong enthusiasm approach to work;
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service;
- Required certifications and qualifications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to customer service, flexibility and reliability as you will need to be available at all times, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
