Lead Educator Position Overview

Requirements
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for working with children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and educators
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • You're a natural leader with attention to detail and a genuine interest in creating engaging experiences for primary-aged children
  • You're energetic, enthusiastic, and love to inspire others
  • Qualified or studying towards relevant qualifications (Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education)
