Full-Time Director Opportunity

This is a permanent role that offers an above award salary and job security.

You will be part of a dynamic culture with autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

The role involves managing compliance, medical documentation, and fostering relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a strong relationship with your school community by partnering on events and engagement initiatives.
  • Enjoy creative freedom to develop programs and services that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
  • Be responsible for compliance and medical documentation ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Service times: 6:45am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:15pm, Monday - Friday + 5 admin hours per week.

Requirements:

Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification including Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

A natural leader with an eye for detail and genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

Energetic, enthusiastic and committed to delivering fun and engaging experiences.
