Support Incident Coordinator

We are seeking a Support Incident Coordinator to collect incident information from Managers in our Residential Care Homes and direct care services. You will be responsible for logging incidents following the support process and meeting organisational legislated timeframes.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collecting accurate and comprehensive incident reports from Managers
  • Logging incidents in a timely manner, adhering to established protocols
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational legislated requirements

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience with business processes and compliance practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with managers and staff
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Aptitude for analysis and problem solving
