Duties
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment
  • Effectively manage documentation and record-keeping processes
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, addressing their concerns and needs with empathy and professionalism
  • Participate in laundry duties, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assist in food preparation, serving meals and snacks, and clearing dining areas with minimal disruption
  • Contribute to the cleaning of residents' rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces, maintaining a pleasant living environment
