We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Expert to join our Mobile Experience team as a Platform Engineer.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, running and evolving tools, infrastructure, templates and capabilities that our other engineers use to deliver business value. You will also write code that automates running our infrastructure and environment.

As a Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering source code management tooling, artefact management tooling, mobile app distribution management tooling, and third-party components providing adjunct functionality.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience as a Platform or DevOps engineer, with a strong ability to perform root cause analysis and solve challenging problems. You should be proficient in scripting languages such as Python, TypeScript, React, or similar, and programming languages like C#, Java or similar.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with others, manage time, tasks and deliver on commitments, potentially working on multiple streams of work at the same time.

A strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices, as well as infrastructure as code (e.g., YAML), is also essential.
