We're seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our engineering team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you'll work 4 days a week in our CBD office.

The Role:

We need a mid-level DevOps Engineer with expertise in managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
  • Setting up proactive monitoring systems, managing alerts, and leading incident response efforts
  • Collaborating with development teams to streamline deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure performance
  • Implementing security best practices, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance requirements are met

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or similar roles, with a proven track record in managing AWS cloud infrastructure and services
  • Strong background in infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions
  • Expertise in managing relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and understanding of database scalability and maintenance
  • Docker

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
