Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Resort Pool Attendant to join our team at NRMA Parks & Resorts. As a key member of our pool operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce pool safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for guests.
  • Greet and welcome guests to the pool area, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest interactions, and pool activities.
Requirements:
  • Aged 17 years or over.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desired but not essential).
  • Bronze Medallion in Surf Lifesaving (desired but not essential).

  • A competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
