Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to expand our customer base, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sales for flotation equipment and aftermarket solutions across Australia and South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for flotation equipment and aftermarket solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, EPCMs, and service providers
- Develop market development strategies in Australia and South East Asia
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product development
Requirements:
- Degree in Mining, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within mineral processing
- Strong technical understanding of flotation circuits, equipment, and processing challenges
- Proven track record of sales growth and market expansion
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
