About the Role

CareSouth is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Regional Manager in Wagga Wagga. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity that requires a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager, including calendar management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate workshops and events, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Take minutes, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of projects and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a community-based organization.
  • High proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-developed written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, letters, and other documents.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated time management, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and ability to exercise discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
