Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Tester to contribute to the success of our company, EBR. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing of new and updated code to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate with developers to create effective test cases that cover all aspects of expected functionality.
  • Implement automated acceptance tests to streamline our testing process.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance standards that align with industry best practices.
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and report any issues to the development team.
  • Implement performance tests to ensure our software performs optimally.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on testing best practices.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies that support our team's goals.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with testing complex software.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Experience with automation testing and coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of Git, SVN, Maven, and other development tools.
  • Familiarity with web servers like Tomcat and Nginx.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with developers and product managers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
