About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SG Fleet. As a key member of our technology delivery team, you will be responsible for executing a range of testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of our software releases.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a test analyst in complex technical environments, with a strong analytical and diagnostic skillset. They will be able to critically analyze information, resolve problems, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing test plans, designing and executing test cases, and managing test data. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of testing phases, including functional, integration, performance, load, and UAT.

As a member of our Agile development team, you will participate in Scrum and Kanban processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Previous experience as a test analyst in complex technical environments
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in a variety of testing phases, including functional, integration, performance, load, and UAT
  • Experience in testing as part of a Scrum team
  • Experience in UAT planning and coordination, defect triage
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable skills and experience include:

  • Experience in automated testing
  • Agile testing certification
