About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at NICE. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective quality control strategies to ensure software quality throughout the development life cycle
  • Plan, design, and execute functional, performance, and security tests to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites, including functional, regression, and performance tests
  • Conduct manual testing when necessary, identifying defects and ensuring thorough test coverage
  • Identify and document defects, collaborate with teams to resolve them, and ensure continuous improvement of the product
  • Participate in design and code reviews, advocating for best practices in quality assurance
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, contributing to process enhancement initiatives
Requirements
  • Associate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in software development
  • Proven track record of designing and executing test strategies for complex software projects
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. JUnit, Cypress)
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing levels (unit, integration regression, etc.)
  • Experiences with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
