You will lead and drive a portfolio of asset management projects, working closely with our clients to deliver operational readiness and asset performance improvement initiatives. Your goal is to identify and pursue new opportunities that align with our clients' objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, operations, or consulting, with expertise in developing and implementing maintenance strategies, spares assessments, CMMS builds, and operations and maintenance procedures. They will be able to collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment, and take a key role in reviewing, implementing, and improving asset management systems and processes.
A high-performing individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, they will be able to provide technical support and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. The ability to work in an Agile environment is essential, as well as being open to hearing what works for each individual team member.
In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate will ideally hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in maintenance and/or operations, and AM consulting teams. They should also have experience developing and managing CMMS and/or Integrity systems and databases, such as Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE, MEX. Additionally, they will need confidence with Root Cause Analysis, FMECA/FMEA, and Equipment hierarchy development, facilitating workshops to address any identified reliability issues. A high competence and passion for using data to drive projects and reporting are also required.
Desirable qualifications include specialised reliability/maintenance engineering certifications, such as Certified Reliability Engineer (American Society for Quality) or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals).
