Community Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to fill this key role in Melbourne, Australia. As a specialist in community physiotherapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, managing both acute and chronic conditions to enhance mobility, function, and independence.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values excellence and client-focused care. Your clients will come from government-funded programs such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, as well as private referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Support clients with mobility, falls prevention, pain management, equipment needs, and more
- Work flexibly within your scope to meet the needs of both service providers and community-based organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & National Police Check
- Current driver's license and car
