As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, managing both acute and chronic conditions to enhance mobility, function, and independence. Your clients will come from government-funded programs such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, as well as private referrals.
