Job Title: Physiotherapist - Grade 1

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a rotational role across acute wards, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

The successful candidate will provide high quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients, utilizing patient-centered care principles and working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across a range of clinical settings.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including hydrotherapy, to promote optimal patient outcomes and improve functional ability.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and achieve positive health outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Recent experience in physiotherapy services in relevant clinical settings, including provision of hydrotherapy treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a demanding workload.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practice in physiotherapy.
