Job Opportunity

As a Seasonal Casual, you'll lead an engaging customer-driven culture within your team.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support with product selection, special offers, and product enquiries.
  • Assist operational tasks, including opening and closing routines.
  • Work closely with the management team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
  • Support efficient inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer-centric approach.
  • A genuine love and understanding of the LEGO brand is essential.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Ability to drive and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Extensive availability to work during peak periods is required.
