Forklift Rentals & Sales Administrator

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a prominent Australian distributor specializing in forklifts, agricultural, and construction machinery, representing esteemed brands such as Clark, Omega, Terberg, Bobcat, and Develon. Our legacy is extensive, with a strong presence in the industry and a commitment to innovation, including the introduction of Lithium-Ion forklifts and upcoming electric terminal tractors.

In this role, based at our headquarters, you will collaborate closely with the Clark Forklift Sales team to manage administrative functions related to the sale and rental of our equipment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders efficiently
  • Coordinating transport logistics
  • Maintaining CRM and rental administration within established systems
  • Consulting with sales representatives and clients
  • Administering contracts and providing general support to management

The Clark sales team promotes a collaborative environment, allowing the successful candidate to gain insights into the industry while engaging with various departments, from management to service teams and clients.

We utilize advanced systems such as Baseplan ERP and Salesforce CRM, providing you with valuable exposure to leading tools in the industry.

We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual with a professional demeanor. While experience in the forklift industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and maintain a customer-centric focus. Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in administrative positions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence with numerical data and calculations
