In this role, you will be stationed at our Hornsby headquarters, collaborating closely with the Clark Forklift Sales team to manage administrative tasks associated with the sale and rental of our equipment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders efficiently
  • Coordinating transportation logistics
  • Maintaining CRM and rental administration within existing frameworks
  • Consulting with sales representatives and clients
  • Administering contracts and providing general support to management

The Clark sales team operates with a flat structure that promotes teamwork, allowing the successful candidate to gain insights into the industry while interacting with various departments, from management to service teams and clients.

We leverage leading industry systems, including Baseplan ERP and Salesforce CRM, providing you with exposure to essential tools within the sector.

Candidate Profile:

We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual with a professional demeanor. While prior experience in the forklift industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and maintain a customer-centric focus. Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in administrative positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with numerical data and calculations
