About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our operations team on an initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of a 12-month extension. The successful candidate will be required to work full-time at our Alexandria office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices and APIs to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Direct engineering teams in digitizing solutions, driving digital transformation through modernization and software-driven strategies.
  • Oversee data platforms, analytics, governance, information security, and privacy initiatives to enhance data maturity and operational efficiency.
  • Simplify enterprise architecture by consolidating redundant systems, decommissioning outdated applications, and integrating connections into a unified platform.
  • Lead IT projects involving SAP S/4HANA and in-house CRM, ensuring alignment with vendor-supported templates.
  • Provide guidance on business process improvements, translating requirements into functional designs and resolving complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in technical business analysis within a large commercial organisation, ideally manufacturing and/or engineering sectors.
  • Strong foundation in programming, with either practical or theoretical expertise.
  • Proficiency in S4HANA and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Highly reliable, with a commitment to a 2-year project duration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bilingual language skills are an advantage.
