About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Finance Technology team at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and systems, conduct thorough analysis, and propose solutions to transition from the current state to the future state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and systems
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the current state, including technical implementation of source systems
  • Propose solutions to transition from the current state to the future state
  • Create detailed documentation and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
  • Ability to read and understand code (Java/C++& SQL) to determine data usage & business logic in current state
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
