The role of a Vehicle Warranty Claims Administrator is crucial in ensuring that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for compiling and completing warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
Additionally, you will maintain valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted, manage warranty storage of return parts and return all requested parts.
This role requires previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate with high integrity. You must also be able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and complete warranty claims within required timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims submitted
- Manage warranty storage of return parts
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
