Lead Capture Strategist

The successful Lead Capture Strategist is accountable for developing and approving a capture strategy that aligns with customer mission outcomes. This involves defining win strategies, value propositions, and partnership models to maximise competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and approve the overall capture strategy in collaboration with senior management
  • Establish and maintain key relationships at a strategic level to drive business development
  • Directly manage and support virtual teams to deliver timely and successful results
  • Influence customer requirements and procurement strategies to achieve desired outcomes
  • Drive order intake and pipeline growth through effective strategy execution

For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in capture management, hands-on execution of major captures, and a deep understanding of Defence and Secure Government environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills, team leadership abilities, and domain expertise.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance. Current security clearance is advantageous but not mandatory.
