Medical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare and contributing to the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical leadership and governance for clinical programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators and strategic deliverables for the network.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage clinical teams to achieve best practice clinical outcomes.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with a diverse range of professional staff.
- Appropriate Specialist Qualifications for Consultant registerable as a Specialist with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Hold and maintain appropriate registrations with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in a Senior Clinical leadership role, including experience in the planning and provision of health services.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
- Capacity to establish and maintain productive working relationships with a diverse range of professional staff.
