Job Title: Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-friendly individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our facility, overseeing WHS, coordinating stock and deliveries, unloading goods, and developing vendor relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

">
  • Manage and maintain the Moranbah facility
  • Oversee WHS and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries
  • Unload goods and load purchased goods onto transport
  • Review stock reports and develop strategies for steady flow through the site
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships
  • Assist with asset inspections for our Valuations team and their clients

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

">
  • A valid Australian drivers' license and forklift license
  • Experience working with heavy machinery or a relevant trade certification
  • High-level interpersonal skills and proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
  • The ability to learn and use new systems and databases
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously
