Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at CooperCompanies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communications strategies that drive business growth and reinforce our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing communications plans that align with our business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing messaging and tactics.
  • Manage and maintain our brand's online presence, including social media and website content.
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage and inform employees about company news, initiatives, and goals.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness.
