Account Management Role Overview
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions. This includes preparing and maintaining purchase orders, reconciling supplier statements, and following up on discrepancies.
In addition to these duties, the individual will also be responsible for processing payments in a timely and accurate manner, monitoring and managing outstanding debtor accounts, and performing bank reconciliations.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, applicants should possess proven experience in a similar account management position, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A good working knowledge of accounting software is essential, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. Experience in a fast-paced environment is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
