Role Description
Job SummaryThis senior payroll role is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of end-to-end payroll services across multiple venues.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and accurate pay processes.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, reconcile data, lodge statutory obligations, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, manage workflows and deadlines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on payroll matters.
- Ensure seamless integration between HR systems, time & attendance, and payroll platforms.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Proven experience in multi-site payroll management, preferably within a high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of awards, compliance, and legislation related to payroll processing.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software applications.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
